“When ordered mats for my Skoda Octavia a few years ago I was very happy with the product and that's why now I decided to order again but for my brand new Hyundai ionic. And this time I ordered the expensive luxury ones. The quality is perfect except that one of the passengers small mat wasn't very good sewn and a small part of the cloth in the corner protrudes with the thread as unfinished. But the most disappointing thing was the holes in the mats. You send me mats with very small holes with metal rings. But what you don't know is that the diameter of the holes is twice bigger and metal rings are superfluous because there are two plastic caps per hole/originally with the car/ which should fit into each other at the top and bottom of each hole. What I did: I broke the metal rings with hammer and screwdriver. Then I widened the holes with a knife and then I used a lighter to harden the edges of the holes. It took me an hour. Quite disappointing buy the way. Please do research or something before you send mats and sew the edges well!!!”

Hi Dimitar, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please, could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the passenger mat you have received along with the registration number of your car? We have sold quite a few mats for this model and not had any issues so I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but I'd like the opportunity to get this sorted out for you. Kind Regards, Chris
