“ecent quality mats, but clearly a generic shape as, whilst they fit reasonably well, they are 100% tailored to fit the model we bought for (2018 Fiat 500 petrol), unlike OEM mats.”

Hi, I'm sorry about the problem with the mats. Unfortunately, as you haven't contacted directly us we weren't aware of the issue - we will always sort out any issues with orders. Our customer service details are shown on our site, your order confirmation emails and the delivery note sent with the mats. Please could you email info@vehiclematsuk.com with a picture of the mats you have received and your registration number so I can look into the fitment issue? We have 5 templates for the 500 so I'm wondering if the wrong shape may have been ordered. I'd like the opportunity to get this sorted out for you. Kind Regards, Chris
