“These taste pleasant and there is no after taste after chewing.They taste a bit like gummy sweets making them easy to take.They are supposed to help with weightloss and help lower blood sugar levels as well - in terms of what I have seen my sugar levels have been around 0.5 lower than previously after 2 weeks of taking which is a minor improvement. I havent seen any changes to weight yet but I have noticed less bloating.Overall a decent supplement”

“I have been taking these for the last couple of weeks now and while I am a sceptic, my wife suggested I try these and I thought why not, it cant do any harm. They are quite pleasant to take basically a couple of apple flavoured soft wine gum type sweets.I cant see how a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar which I believe tasted foul or a couple of these small sweets is going to make much of a difference to my life and so far after a couple of weeks I have not noticed any difference.I am not eating less or wanting to eat less (More in fact, by a couple of sweets a day!) my motions are no more or less regular.I am a type two diabetic, so I like the fact these are sugar free, I like the taste, I like the sensible packaging.I am less enthusiastic about the cost, although in fairness it is not extraordinary expensive like CBD supplements.So, so far so good, I will complete the course and if I have noted an improvement by the end of the course I will update this review and place an order for some more. If I haven’t noticed an improvement I will stop when the gummies run out and then if I find I decline in any way I will update this review and order some more then. Until then I will not spout my usual psychosomatic / placebo / homeopathic mumbo jumbo nonsense narrative. Which if this review remains unchanged in a fortnight, I will.”

“We like the flavour and texture of these and they are very similar to standard wine gums.I'm not such a big fan of the packaging as I would have preferred a small container or jar instead as it is easier to close which again means the gums are not getting quite as sticky in my experience.We like it and it's good quality, but it is not our favourites among the many we have tested.”

“Great easy way to use apple cider vinegar. Previously didnt like gummies as had sugar and other stuff added. Good taste and texture and well packaged. I find popping them in the fridge stops them sticking together! Good product and good company to deal with”

“Love these! Taste amazing (and they’re sugar free which is awesome) have to keep stopping my partner from stealing them! I was suprised to notice a difference in my stomach after a few days! They seem to have helped regulate my appetite a bit. My bowel movements have actually become allot smoother since using these. Definitely going to continue usage.”

“Wow, love these Gummies...no nasty after taste of cider vinegar. Only been on them a couple of weeks so a little early to see how much they are helping to lower my blood sugars but I have no doubt they’ll be working. Another first class supplement from Vegan Vitality. I would definitely recommend giving them a go as with all their supplements.”
