“I cannot believe the power of this product. I've taken loads of supplements over the years hoping for magical results (weight loss, detox, skin, hair, energy - you name it I've had it), this is the only supplement that I've actually experienced working!I initially bought this to help with hot sweats during peri menopause BUT I'm astounded that it has actually IMPROVED MY SLEEP. I usually sleep around 4-5 hours regularly waking for around an hour, or getting up ridiculously early because I can't settle - its exhausting &leaves me irritable, miserable and unproductive.On day 3 if taking this I noticed I was waking in the night but only for a couple of minutes each time.Now, after 2 weeks I don't wake at all! I sleep 5-6 hours straight, which is still not enough, but uninterrupted sleep is amazing lol. I have more energy to do what I need to, my mind is clearer and my mood improved. I used to dread bedtime but now I actually look forward to it! I still can't get over it lol”
