“Worked immediately. Felt a lot of clear physical and mental energy. Took away my persistent grogginess in the morning, even with less hours of sleep. But I also noticed I got cystic acne (I'm female, in my 20s) and my chest got smaller. Certain types of mushroom can raise testosterone, so it's most likely that. I have PCOS and acne runs in the family though so YMMV. Highly recommend if you don't care about these issues.”

“a very good product however I must point out that they should be taken an hour or more after food or an hour or more before eating, don't take them with food it won't do you any harm but the body can utilize them much better when they are not mixed with food.”
