“I was looking for a trace mineral supplement because I have been drinking steam distilled water, and this looked to fit the bill. However, after about 1 month of daily use, I started having severe pressure in my head along with memory issues, i.e. mind blanks and time lapses. After going to many doctors/specialists, they couldn't find the problem. I stopped taking these and it cleared up in another week or so. Not sure if it a "too much of a good thing" situation, or some kind of contamination in the making of them, but since I still have them, I've found they seem to be ok to take (so far) once or twice a week instead of daily.”
