“I take one of these a day to make sure I get all the vitamins I need as a vegan. The tablets are quite large (easy to swallow, though), and to have six months supply in one bottle is great! I just wish the tablets contained more calcium, as they only have 15% of the NRV, so I have to also take a separate calcium tablet to make sure I get enough.”

“Too early to tell. but seems ok.. it usually takes 1-2 week before I notice a difference but, I seem to have stop feeling really tired. great value and speedy delivery.”
