“I've been taking these for just about a month. I was pleased to be able to have all vitamins in one, making thing's easier to remember, less time consuming and cheaper. I was thoughtful about taking certain vitamins together at the same time, but so far I've felt no issues, I'll update after blood cell count, otherwise I'm very happy to continue purchasing and taking these to top up my vegan health.UPDATE: Happy with the brof taking these so I've purchased again.”

“I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel so much better. I had read that B5 works directly on your adrenals in a matter of days especially when under stress and I do feel more able to deal with things.Or maybe it’s the whole combination of all the minerals and vitamins.I’m a flexitarian with low b12 and a history of low ferritin so these reassure me I’m doing the best for my body.Would recommend them and will definitely buy again.”

“On first sight - and on readings reviews - these vegan multivitamins seemed ideal for me. Easy to swallow, no awful aftertaste and good value for money. However, clearly my digestive system did not agree as they gave me the most dreadful indigestion. Very disappointed.Following my review, the seller contacted me to express concern and to check that I was ok. I appreciate this. Clearly most people are more than satisfied with these vitamins - I only wish they had suited me too. Just unfortunate in being someone they don’t.”

“I found these multivitamins when searching for a new product to try after finishing a bottle of other vitamins. I'm not a vegan, but the reviews made me want to try them regardless. I have suffered from cystic acne for over two years now, and have tried multiple vitamins, face care, and Medicine to battle it. I've gotten it somewhat under control but have scarring and redness on my cheeks. After two weeks of taking these tablets, the redness in my skin has gone down drastically. Even my father commented on how good my skin was looking! I had no idea it would even affect my skin, let alone help it so much. I'm so happy with this product and will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends!”

“Great product with everything I need. I was spending a fortune on so many separate vitamins which didn't work. I am feeling much better and less lethargic. I have pernicious anaemia and need less B12 injections due to the cofactors being found in the tablet. I also have osteoporosis so the supplements help with the bone health.”

“I was looking for an easy 'all in one tablet' that I only needed to take once per day. They are easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste. There is half a years supply so I think that is good value for money.Previous to these, I would buy other multivitamins and would not keep up with taking them as I found the colour affected my urine and bladder, but these don't.It is a natural colour and the size isn't as big as some tablets.It is too early to say on the effects of these tablets as I've only been on them a week. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and know I will keep these up.I think some other tablets state you have to take two a day, but these are a single daily dose so it is easier.”
