“I love these! I’m not vegan, but have an allergy to lanolin ( made from sheeps wool, which is usually used to make vitamin D and calcium in vegetarian vitamins) - most multivitamins therefore make me sick, so I thought I’d give these a go as they would be lanolin free. I also liked that they had vitamin e and iron, which many multivitamins leave out.Overall, I’m delighted with them, it’s the first multivitamin that hasn’t made me feel like crap, and while it didn’t have a magic overnight effect, over the last 2 weeks of use I have seen a positive difference in my body, so I shall continue taking them!”

“i do like these vitamins but as i am no nutrition expert why does it need 2000% RDA b12 and i would prefer if it had more than 100% RDA of Iron i have checked and the body has a hard time absorbing plant based Iron”

“Absolutely love these. They are specially formulated to support vegan diets. Where you might accidentally fall short of your B12 or Iron for the day, this has you covered. They're easy to swallow, contain every vitamin you could possibly need and I've just had bloods done which came back as clear with no deficiencies, which is a first for me! “Received my order quickly. No nasty smell - I actually thought the smell was pleasant when opened the bottle. Easy to swallow, no horrible taste. Have only taken three so far so maybe too soon to see any difference but happier knowing I am at least getting so many vitamins in one dose :)”
