“These taste disgusting, as soon my nose gets a scent my gag reflects kick in. I struggle to swallow these as, makes me gag the whole way through until they are down. Though this is a problem, I feel a huge difference from taking these pills. They have made me feel a lot better and I will continue to go through this struggle for these pills. They really do add so much benefits.”

“Only just started with these, easy to swallow and I have an aversion to large tablets but these are slim. No problems, should do what they say on the box. Six months supply so I will be buying again when needed.”

“Positive results from over a week or so of use, I do forget sometimes though but honestly, I noticed my skin improving a couple of days in.I'm just recovering from a long standing issue that took its toll on my body, I hadn't eaten properly in over a year and I needed to get myself back on track and these are helping me do just that. I've noticed an increase in energy and improved brain function so all in all I would recommend.Ive found them to be more noticeable more impactful then other brands I've used in the past. So I will continue to use these for many more moons to come.They dont taste bad at all, but they also dont taste amazing but not enough to grumble, they're a good size too, so easy to swallow. In fact in the past I use to have a real issue with swallowing tablets but no problems at all with these ones.”
