“I became a vegan not by choice but for health reasons ( I became intolerant to a whole range of food ) and I have felt really out of sorts and tired for a long time. After only a few days of taking these Vitamins I have picked up quite a bit hopefully with a little more time I will improve even further.”

“The dosages and amounts are generous, and as such they seem like a good and affordable option.However, I experience something strange when taking these -- I get mild achy legs and arms, similar to, but not as intense, as the aches you get when you're getting a cold.Not sure whether that's just something in the ingredients; I've had a similar reaction to some vegan D3 before, but this doesn't happen with all vegan D3 - and as such I honestly do not know.Not sure whether to recommend or not, as my tolerance issue seems to be unique.”

“Got these for my son who has decided to go vegitarian. I wanted to make sure he wasn't missing out on any vitamins or minerals as i/we figure this out. After some research these all in one vitamins stood out to be the best and the reviews are great. Best part is just 1 a day for everything he may need.”

“This is excellent value and also the packaging and flavour are a big improvement on another (well known) brand I've been buying. The vitamins match the nutrients (with very similar RDAs) but in just one pill a day rather than two, and with without odd after tastes, digestive issues, or excess packaging. This contains 6 months worth of quality vitamins, whereas I would have had 6 packs (with unnecessary blister packs inside) of the other brand.”
