“I like the look of these because there are so many different ingredients in. I’ve been taking them for two weeks now and I do feel a bit more energetic but the main hope is that it will be providing some protection from nasty viruses and that’s a difficult thing to prove isn’t it? They go down easily enough and seem reasonable quality.”

“I try to eat healthily but I like to take supplements too, especially if I’m feeling rundown or (in previous times) there’s a cold going round the office. These are ideal because they’ve got many natural extracts - I feel this is a better way to get nutrients. It’s also good that these capsules are vegan, and the packaging’s environmentally friendly.”

“These immune plus pills contain an interesting list of ingredients including small quantities of ginger, garlic and turmeric, and cranberry, black elderberry and rosehip extract, but in terms of basic vitamins and minerals, two capsules only contain a daily dose of two of the B vitamins, vitamin C, iron and zinc, copper and selenium. You might want to consider taking this alongside a broader spectrum supplement.Boots A-Z pills cost 2p a daily dose compared to 22p a daily dose for these. They contain in addition a much wider range of B vitamins, vitamins A, D, E and K, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and iodine.The pouches are light weight and environmentally friendly. It is claimed that they can be recycled but since they are paper lined with plastic, I am not convinced your average UK kerbside recycling collection can handle them.”
