“I was really excited to try these as I have an autoimmune disease and try to make sure I'm as healthy as possible!I likes the simple packaging and that it's all laid out very plainly to see.However these tablets made both my husband and I ill so we stopped taking them only after 2 days.Also it has to be taken after food, that's a very important thing that isn't mentioned!This is my honest and unbiased review.”

“I was really pleased to receive these, as they appear to have a lot of beneficial ingredients, that I already take, turmeric for example. However, I’ve had to stop taking them as just one tablet caused a severe digestive upset.Looking through the list of ingredients, the culprit would appear to be grape seed oil. This was the only ingredient that I didn’t recognise as one I have taken regularly with other supplements.It’s laxative power is truly impressive, as it would appear to be only present in minor quantities.So, alas, I won’t be taking these. I liked the non-plastic packaging, I liked the rest of the contents, I disliked the strong laxative effects of these capsules. The capsules were easy to swallow, always a plus point”

“Immune Plus capsules come in an environmentally-friendly brown envelope, with padding to make sure the pills aren't crushed. The pills are tasteless/flavourless when swallowed; they are easy to swallow with a glass of water. I've been taking these in the mornings shortly after breakfast. I've had no adverse side effects. I often suffer from coughs/colds and I haven't had any issues with that for the past few months. While that might be attributable to the clement weather (it's August as I write this) my immune system doesn't usually pay attention to things like temperature (I've had bronchitis in June before) and so I'm inclined to say these do a good job of supporting the body as part of a balanced diet.”

“These immune booster capsules provide a good spectrum of vitamins and minerals at plentiful but not excessive properties, mostly equating to 100% NRV (200% vitamin C, which is still conservative compared to some supplements out there). There are also natural condensed extracts included with nutrient dense properties providing a good dose of micronutrients meaning this is a very well balanced supplement. There are 120 capsules and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day which equates to 2 months supply. I really like how the packaging is a flat pouch made from recycled paper which is more environmentally friendly and also fits nicely through the letter box. Nice, good quality supplement.”

“It can be very hard to find a supplement that is effective while being easy on the stomach - but this is it. I am also very impressed that they are vegan and have Selenium in (good for maintain thyroid function) which these do! I also find this easy to swallow and don’t particularly have any taste. I have only given 4 stars as time will tell how effective they are as we approach winter months.”
