They contain C, B12, B6, Copper, Iron, Selenium, and Zinc. They also contain; Turmeric, Cranberry, Elderberry, Grape seed extract, Ginger, Garlic, and Rosehip. These have all been shown to help with immunity.There are 120 capsules which is 2 months supply. You could take them all year 'round or just in the summer or winter depending on your health needs to ward off colds and flu or seasonal allergies boosting the immune system. They are good quality and come in flat pouch. Vegan and GMO free.”
