“I really liked the ingredients on these, however I suspect the Vitamin C element gave me instant UTI type burning that would last nearly 24 hours after each dose. When I finally figured out the cause, I stopped taking these and the burning ceased. I know a lot of people have this kind of reaction to Vitamin C capsules, so just a heads up if you're sensitive like me. I have no bad reactions from eating dried cranberries or OJ, but these pills got me instantly. Everything else about the product was fine, although I find these paper bags hard to reseal so I'd transfer mine into an empty container if I was going to take them. As it is I had to bin them and I can't really recommend them when they cause that level of irritation.”
