“This is a relatively expensive product at the current price of £12.99 to last one person 60 days. Do the various claims made justify it? Besides being vegan, the most important and valid is perhaps the last one in the list, that it is UK certified. It horrifies me how many capsules we consume imported from unregulated sources in countries without proper safety standards.The content list is impressive but requires careful examination. For example, 200mg of turmeric root per serving means about 3mg of curcumin per capsule. Good quality turmeric supplements contain 10-20 times as much or more and you will need to take that amount to get any real benefit.The variety of natural ingredients is good but please don't expect them to do much for your immune system. Zinc and vitamin C will help a little bit but its effect is tiny compared with the things that really determine your immune strength - your sleep, stress and alcohol, and the general quality of your diet. Altogether, however, this is quite a useful formulation and deserves a 4 star recommendation, in my view.”
