“I have only been taking these for 2 days so can not comment on how effective they are, but for a sixth of the price of the only other vegan collagen pills I could find they are worth a good trial. they have no taste and easy to swallow. I like the non plastic wrapping.”

“Haven’t taken it long enough to see if it helps with my hair and nails (I’m a senior) but it does say to take with food and they aren’t kidding lol. Twice I was extremely nauseous when I delayed eating when I took this supplement. Eat with food, zero problems.”
