“I suffered stomach cramps, indigestion, and sickness eventhough I followed the instructions and took a capsule with food. Obviously these do not suit everyone. I will not use again, but it could be that I have an underlying sensitivity I am not aware of. Always worth considering nutrition, depending on individual requirements. I am generally healthy and have a healthy mainly plant based diet, almost vegan but not quite 100%. I would not want to deter others from considering this product.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but if you have a sensitive stomach I wouldn't recommend. Everytime I take this, I am violently ill within 30 minutes when it starts to digestI don't vomit but I get the worst stomach cramps and burps ever, I have to lay down.the first time the pain was so bad I could feel it between my shoulder blades and it was taking my breath away, thought my time had come it eventually passes but wow, get ready for it.I'm sure they're very good for you but sadly my stomach disagrees”
