“I've used Vegan Vitality's Algae oil capsules for a while, I wanted to get my Omega3s, but am very allergic to fish so didn't dare try fish oil. Similarly I've never taken Collagen as most I've seen is from fish, or animal skin (sounds most unpleasant!) so to get a vegan alternative is fantastic.It's obviously a longer term thing so I don't expect instant changes to my skin, I am hoping for slow but sure improvement and for it to help protect my joints too.”
