“Vgan Vitality are a well respected vegan brand in the supplements industry so I was eager to try these.Collagen is generally from bovine or porcine (cow, pig) sources, so obviously not suitable for vegans.These vegan capsules are packaged in an enviromentally friendly pouch , and taking the recommended dose of 1 tablet a day means that this packet will last for 60 days.It's difficult to provide a review of their benefits as you do need to take them daily for 2-3 months to begin to notice an improvement - suffice to say that there is much research which can be found online regarding their use.Tablets are easy to swallow (I didn't even need water).If you're looking for a vegan collagen supplement, I highly recommend these.”

“Perfect for someone like me who can't make up their mind what to get and what is best. This is a Complex which contains practically all the important vitamins I usually take individually. They come in a brown envelope packaging which is a tad unusual but then it makes sense; easy to recycle and takes up much less room in the cupboard. They are vegan (I'm not) so this could be a good choice for many.”

“I like the presentation of these and that the bag is recyclable as its paper ... yay! They are easy to swallow and this is a good range of vitamins and supplements. Not the cheapest for a 2 month supply but price isn't bad either. Obviously it's up to you to decide if you need additional supplements but (whether they are useful or not with a balanced diet I don't really know) I do like to take supplements and I would consider buying this again.”
