My nails get little stronger , my knees feel better , I’ve been used this product for more than 4 months, I’m happy with the results. “I don't like taking tablets, but these aren't so bad to take. I have a painon my knee that these tablets helps to keep the pain at bay and makes it easier to go up and down stairs. It's my 2nd package i take from them i will continue to buy them. They are Vegan and i'm 45 years old, so i think an extra bust of collagen is needed as well.”
