“The package arrived on time and is very straightforward to use. I haven't had to time to notice if it is strengthening my skin/nails/hair. I should have done more research on the health effects of biotin before buying it, because within an hour of consuming a pill (with food like it says) I had a violent wave of nausea. For anyone who hates throwing up like me and wants to make sure they are not making their body ill, you may want to do more research. I am a small person, 5'1 and 145 lbs. Idk if that has anything to do with it. But that nausea was awful.”

“I wanted to love this! I only took these for about 5 days and everyday I was terribly nauseous. I tried eating with it and I tried on an empty stomach. Ultimately I threw up and now I refuse to finish the bag. I'm so sad about this!”
