“Not sure how long it takes to fully appreciate the benefits but it’s great to have a supplement to support health when a lot of our fruit and vegetables no longer have the same nutritional benefits that they had many years ago. The packaging is small and easy to pack away as well so very handy.”

“I have been using this supplement for the past four or five months and I wasn't sure if I would ever see any improvement but, surprisingly, my nails which were constantly chipping and splitting have all stayed strong and been able to grow longer than they have done for years. What's more, my stylist remarked (unprompted by me) that my hair seemed to have become thicker since she started to work with me. And I also feel that it is has improved visibly. I was sceptical to start with, but am now converted to this supplement.”

“I haven't noticed any benefits since taking these, I had hoped to see an improvement in my post menopausal skin, hair and nails, but sadly no improvement to report. It may be early days and maybe I need to take them for several months before I notice any changes. However they arrived quickly, with minimal packaging and they are good value for money compared to others on the market. More importantly to me, they're vegan friendly!”

“I am going to preface this by saying I am a supplement queen and RARELY do any kind of supplements or pills make me sick. That said, let me introduce these bad boys.I am not sure what is in them, but them make me super nauseous within 20 minutes of taking one to the point I almost vomit. Usually subsides after like a hour.Tried switching up the schedule, eating food with them and nothing works. If they work for you without making feel like you have morning sickness, congrats.”

“This has helped to strengthen my nails but at the moment can't say much about my hair as it's still thin and my skin isn't too bad either. But I intend to carry on taking this collagen in the hope that it will improve my hair”
