“Ashwagandha has become one of my favourite supplements. I find that it calms and de-stresses which results in better sleep, more energy and better focus. These small light brown Ashwagandha capsules (19mm long x 6mm diameter) have no taste and are easy to swallow. They are excellent quality and work very well, though a bit pricier than some.”

“I ordered these capsules because I believe that ashwagandha is a good supplement to take to address anxiety and stress.The capsules are vegan, which I appreciate as I am a vegetarian. The capsules contain 1000mg and one serving is 1 tablet so there are 60 days supply in this bottle.There is no discernible flavour to these capsules and they were easy to take.I have knocked a star off as they are expensive compared to other ashwagandha supplements.”

“These Ashwagandha tablets are made by Vegan Vitality, a health supplement company based in the United Kingdom, which gives you confidence that these tablets are safe and made correctly.The container comes with a safety seal when you open it (I always like to see these). The recommended dose is 1 tablet a day, so there are enough tablets to last 2 months.The tablets are fairly small in size compared to other brands tablets (they are about 17mm in length). They are light and easy to swallow. There is no taste to them, either when taking or afterwards.I've been taking Ashwaganda for a couple of months now, I would say it takes the edge off my anxiety, but I haven't noticed any other changes apart from that. My current tablets are 2 a day, so I particularly like the fact that these tablets are 1 a day.The container has a link to the Vegan Vitality website, where sadly I could not find mention of these tablets. I expect that they have not been added onto the website yet as they are so new.”

“Ok, it’s difficult to pronounce and harder to spell but thankfully this wonderful root from the ginseng family doesn’t care about that. What it does do (reputedly) is throw a whole of anti inflammatory and antioxidants your way which may be beneficial for chronic illnesses. I personally used to take ashawodawodie (I give up) as a tea but sometimes the flavour was a bit uninspiring and sometimes in a modern hectic world I just don’t have the time for a brew. Thankfully these capsules hit the mark for convenience - small, easy to swallow and no taste. They’re packed full of ash-thingy and a hint of black pepper to increase bioavailability. I know it’s all very subjective but if anything helps calm things down on the inside and chills out life on the outside then I’m in!… and it comes in a handy small tub that’s readily recyclable when you’re done. Recommended”

“It is always a bit tricky reviewing supplements as they can take weeks or even months to take an effect and that effect may be very subtle, also everyone is different so what works for one person may not have the same effect on another. So this review is just about what I found myself.The pills themselves are easy enough to swallow with some water and there’s no nasty aftertaste repeating on you. If you follow the recommended dose of 1 per day, one packet (60 pills) will be enough for 2 months. They are a lot more expensive than other brands I have tried. I usually take Ashwagandha in the morning with my breakfast and find that it helps me stay positive, my mind doesn't race so much. It also doesn't make me feel fatigued during the day. I feel happier, and easier to concentrate.There is nothing to lose and everything to gain from trying Ashwagandha. I have to remind you that I started by saying how it may be effective for one person and maybe not for another, but I can say that it has felt as if it has been beneficial for me personally.”

“The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 6 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your stress health and the inclusion of black pepper should help with absorption rates.”
