“Our bodies really only need omega 3 in our diet. We can turn it into 6 and 9 in our bodies and do so in the required amounts. . Taking omega 3,6,9 will upset the balance created your body so this is better. It has no flavour and is soft slim torpedo shape.”

“I'm allergic to fish and my omega levels were really low . My GP couldn't suggest a supplement so I did some research. After finding out that omega actually comes from Algae and not primarily or directly from fish I was quite excited to find this product . Not only has is raised my omega levels but also has the added bonus of getting rid of my hot flushes, so as far as the menopause goes these gel capsules are pure gold . I made the mistake of running out for a couple of weeks and you guessed it ,my hot flushes returned . I am now recommending this product to all my friend's.I can't guarantee everyone will experience the same results as the human body is so complex . But these are amazing for me.”
