“False advertising. Says carrageenan free but has carrageena as ingredient”

“Bought this product in part because it advertises in bold print in this page's title "Carrageenan Free".I picked up the bottle right after it arrived today, it says in first position under Other Ingredients that it has Carrageenan! Sorry, but that's false advertising! And I can't return it? What a scam! No wonder they don't currently show a photo of the ingredients side of the bottle. Would have saved me this headache if they had.LATER: To be fair, I see that they have now taken down "Carrageenan Free" out of the title for this product. Thank you for all the future buyers. (^_^) The company also wrote me a kind note.”

“Used to be my go-to product for having high DHA per capsule (400mg) and no carageenan. Just double checked before buying more and the description now says they're using carageenan. DHA content is the same and that's the only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1. I can't stand underhanded product changes like this that trick people buying out of habit into getting a worse product without even realising it.Used to be a 5 star product for me, now I'll be buying elsewhere.”

“My pack arrived (this is the 6th pack I’ve bought) it is CONTAMINATED, UNFIT FOR CONSUMPTION! The security tag is still on it but the lid came off and the foil is peeled open. I’m having hell of a job to return for refund. WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN!”

“I've used these capsules for over a year now and am very happy with them. I've experienced no side effects whatsoever and they seem to be keeping my joints in good order. I'm 71, so it's good to have some reassurance on that front.”
