“I have had issues with my joints for many years, and always used to take Omega 3 fish oils to help with this. When I became Vegan last year, I obviously couldn't take these, so I started to take Flaxseed oil, but having read about these, it seems that it isn't properly absorbed by the body, so I needed to find an alternative.I tried these out, and they are great, the oil is essentially the same as from fish oil, without it first having to go through a fish - as fish consume the algae which this product is made from.I'd definitely recommend them as a reasonably priced option, as there are many more expensive similar products.”

“Very good DHA and EPA ratios, pretty dense for a vegan oil. And capsule size is easy to swallow.It's hard to rate effects of omega-3 oils, it's not something you see effects instantly (unless you are influenced by the placebo effect).I am a vegetarian and take it mainly for the DHA content and I'm happy for the price and quality of this product.”

“I wanted a vegan alternative to fish oil but with the same benefits. The omega 3 Algae oil unlike a lot of other on the market has EPA included as well as the DHA. Good shape easy to recognise”

“As a vegetarian I do not eat many foods that contain omega 3 oils and I am aware that this is important. Most supplements are made from fish so I am unable to take them. I was delighted when I saw this product which is produced from farmed algae and so is also free of any toxins. It arrived very promptly and nicely packaged so I shall definitely be buying more.”

“A friend had recommended this vegan supplement after I read about the potential for rancid oil being used in fish oil supplements! Can't comment on whether it is working as tend to think you have to take a supplement for up to 3 months before you may notice a difference. However, I will be buying it again to cover that period and hope for the best ! Also seller was very quick to despatch and was easy to contact.”
