“Going vegan only a year ago I have always highly been into my multivitamins and minerals as a fitness fanatic. There were a few critical vita that I knew I would need to performance optimal and have great health one of them was DHA. This product is a vegan source and is great value. There is no after taste. It’s easy to swallow and the ingredients seem to be quality. I would recommended these to anyone who wants to ensure they have great brain health and general health.”

“I had bought Omega 3 oils from Vegan Vitality before - the bottle then contained 300mg DHA and 150mg EPA, and I reordered - but when the bottle arrived the formulation had changed- now there is no EPA included according to the label. I tried to get in touch with Vegan Vitality to find out why this change had been made (the vegan literature I have read says you need both) but they do not give a telephone number and I was unable to find an email address.”

“This has lots more omega 3 (double) than my previous brand therefore I only need to take 1 tablet instead of 2. Great!”

“So good to have a vegan option for omega 3. Large capsules but easy to swallow, doesn't get stuck in the mouth. Quite expensive so I can't afford to take one every day, but that seems to be the case for all similar products- in fact, most are even more expensive.”

“My husband and I have Been using this product for a few weeks. I have already noticed a difference in my achy legs and also feel more alert with improved concentration. “This is the same price as the previous product but now only contains 400mg of DHA and zero EPA. The previous version had 300mg of DHA and 150mg of EPA for a total of 450mg. Switching to an alternative in light of this, there are other options available that contain more DHA for the price, the real advantage of this was that it contained a decent amount of both DHA and EPA.”

“Can’t find any flavour, no aftertaste. Do feel my cognition seems sharper , maybe in my head but this is the only change. It’s vegan and gluten free so great for me. Will continue to buy.”
