“When I first researched and chose an omega 3 supplement, I picked these because they were vegan and also contained both DHA and EPA. I only realised recently that they had removed the EPA. I won't be buying these again as they no longer meet my requirements. I will be hesitant about buying any vegan vitality products again if they are a company what will gather their customers in and then alter the product to an inferior one without advising us. If the product is changed in such a material way then you should be listing it as a new product, not alter the existing listing description, while keeping the good reviews for the previous product. This is a dishonest way of doing business.”

“These are carrageenan free, and they have helped so much. I can’t find any other similar product on the market. I actually stopped taking them at one point due to a busy time in my life and noticed the difference. A highly recommend these they really helped with my moods and also long term use reduced menstrual cramps”
