“Well, I decided to get a 2nd Juice Box and this time was majorly disappointed both from the Juice and the Support I had.
So, I was messaged about the juices that I'd like and mentioned that some brands burnt through my coil within a day, I also tried a different tank and coil and had the same issue so this was definitely the brands I received. I mentioned this to the support and asked for different brands to try and if the order could be sent in a box rather than a thin bag (as the juices just leaked as they're thrown around) but these were all ignored. The order was received in a thin shipping bag and I also had liquid that I specifically asked not to have.
I also paid for 24 Tracked delivery which was NOT received in time (I know due to the pandemic that orders may be slightly delayed in shipping, but to be told I'd be refunded this time only and if it happened again I wouldn't be is beyond me) I think is outrageous coming from a company like this.
So a TLTR, received juices I asked not to be sent, the order wasn't received on time after it was shipped and basically was told I shouldn't of received the shipping refund and the overall service was awful.
This is the last time I'll be ordering from vapourdepot.”
“Was getting anxious stuck in lockdown here but Tony came up trumps with the suggestion for a big box and filled it with my favourite flavours. Will definitely be ordering again once I get through this massive box.”

What a box ,great flavours ,spare bottles for mixing in nic shots etc .
