“What is it with custard flavours? Trying to find a decent custard is a nightmare, especially in shop bought liquids. Mixing my own became my best chance of having a good custard on tap and have tried probably most custard flavour concentrates. Capella V2 is simply the best of them all. It offers an authentic Vanilla Custard that is creamy, moreish and if you like custard, will have you mixing lots of this fabulous liquid. I can't compare Capella V2 Vanilla Custard to V1 which I avoided in the belief V1 contains Diacetyl or Acetoin.”
