I've looked at the correspondence between yourself and our support staff.
From what I can see you have mixed the concentrate in an e liquid at 30% flavouring. This is much more than we recommend. For this particular flavour concentrate we would only advise to mix at 5% if using as a single flavour rather than a blended e liquid.
When using flavourings at very high percentages it can cause an adverse affect, meaning the finished e liquids will appear to have no flavour and / or may taste very chemically.
