“I've been using Temperature Control mods since I got a VS RDNA40 in Nov 2014. I've tried Ni200, Titanium, NiFe30 and SS 317L and the only major disappointment I had was the 317L., so I wasn't convinced by Stainless steel for TC.
After seeing people rave about it I figured I'd revisit SS and give the 24 gauge version of this a try. Put a dual vertical build (6 wraps each, 3mm diameter, 0.18 Ohms), in my Aromarizer RDTA earlier and it's one of the best TC vapes I've had and it's on a par with Ni200 claptons which has been my favourite but limited to my Lavabox due to the low resistance. The flavour and vapour production is outstanding, haven't noticed either the Lavabox or SX Mini M Class throttle it back and it's been really consistent with not the hint of a burnt hit.
The wire itself is clean and easy to build with and I love the spool, no danger of the wire coming free and going all over the place! Best thing is it can be used in power mode as well and
the coils can be dry fired for cleaning. Finally starting to see what all the fuss is about and will definitely be getting more.”
