“I mistakenly ordered tobacco instead of menthol. I asked Customer Service if I could send them back and change them and everyone involved was extremely helpful. I haven't contacted Customer Service often but whenever I have the service has been excellent, the people friendly, helpful and very quick to action. I wish every organisation had such a good service and staff.”
