“The product works great now fitted and matches the rest maybe I should have contacted them so that they could have matched the lock to the existing ones but hey ho it's fitted, A template would have made it easier to fit the lock assembly and plate instead of a few pictures on an A4 piece of paper I suppose they want them fitted by an auto Lock Smith”
