“Received all the components in good time and in good packaging. The locks themselves and the keys are great. The rivots and good quality too. Could have done with 1/2 spares. The instructions were quite basic and not as detailed as i'd hoped they would be. I even thought a stensil would be a great idea to send to customers, which would speed things up massively and really help with installation. Never the less, managed to fit the locks are they function brilliant. Customer service over the phone was prompt and accurate when needed.”
