“I ordered a Vauxhall Vivaro key fob as i had a problem with my old one. Having received it it is wrong, they have sent the wrong key fob for my Vauxhall. I have spoken to one person and each time he keeps telling me it's not the company's fault! Because they haven't sent the wrong one or it hasn't arrived damaged then it's my fault, wrong! I ordered the right thing, they sent the wrong thing and although it doesn't cost 'much' it is the attitude that it's my fault and i have to send it back and pay for their mistake, that's not right is it?? Having advertised the key fob as Vauxhall and Renault - i ordered it in good faith. On my last conversation i was told that i should have stripped down the key fob to make sure that the picture on the website matches the way my key fob is - i've never heard so much nonsense made of an order that was less than £5 - customer is always right, apparently not if you work for van pimps!”
