“When we ordered the windows they were on back order, but we had a quick response from vanpimps, and they kept up informed and up to date regarding when we would receive them. The windows came earlier than we thought which was great! For our first time installing windows we found the process relatively simple and so far the windows are holding up! The windows are also great quality and look great. Thank you very much vanpimps!”
