“The set of handle covers and surrounds arrived very promptly but one handle cover and one surround were not in good condition. We contacted their Customer Service and, after providing a photo, they sent a replacement, again very promptly. For this reason, we still rate this company as "Very Good" and would recommend them to anybody who wishes to purchase items from them..”
