“Unfortunately this is not as good a quality as the windows. So I decided not to use it. When I contacted vanpimp I was told I would have to pay the return post. This is not good business as I have another 2 windows to buy for my van. But it won’t be from Vanpimp”

Hi Andy, Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt that the bonding adhesive we supply is not of good quality, we have stocked this brand of bonding adhesive for many years now and the majority of our trade customer use this for their business too, all whilst having no problems with the product. With regards to having to send the goods back to us, of course if it was a faulty product or sent by mistake with would have of course collected it. However when you filled out the returns form on our website, you stated that the item was not needed. As this is an unwanted product, the return unfortunately is down to the customer. “Works well but could do with being bigger, there was only JUST enough to secure the nearside and offside windows, having a little extra in the tube would be useful and take some of the stress off.”

Hi Matt, Many thanks for your feedback. Our 2 window bonding kits are usually enough to do our front windows for a Mercedes Sprinter, so you should have had more than enough to do your rear windows. Apologies for any confusion and inconvenience caused to yourself. On the end of the nozzle of the adhesive tube that is provided in the kit, there is a little 'lip' which is like a measurement for how much bond we advise you put around the surface to then bond your window onto.
