Hello Matthew, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience shopping with us. We aim to deliver all of our customers’ orders on time and in perfect condition, however in your case a rogue window made it’s way on to our shelf. I understand that receiving a damaged item can be frustrating and a set back, but we tried our best to resolve this as conveniently as possible for yourself. As your original order was delivered on our own vehicle, we felt it more convenient to swap the window over on our own vehicle also, and did so as soon as we had a delivery vehicle in your area. This meant you didn’t have to wait in all day for a delivery and collection, as couriers tend to do these on separate vehicles, where as we were able to provide a 2 hour times lot for this all to take place in one go. Your support ticket was still being reviewed by the management team in regards to setting yourself up with a credit as a way of apologising for the inconvenience caused, and I believe you should now have received an email.
