Good morning Matt, Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry that your experience with VanPimps wasn't the best. With regards to instructions, we do have a fitting video on our website as below and our customer services team are always available to advise. https://www.vanpimps.co.uk/van-conversion-window-fitting-video/ We also recommend test fitting the window or offering it up before fitting to your van and as you mentioned we did issue a replacement window for you as soon as we were made aware of the issue. We are still awaiting a reply on our customer support ticket 67619 as we are offering to compensate you with the cost of the tools to remove the faulty window, if you could kindly reply to the ticket number mentioned so we can discuss this further with you.
