“1 of 2 broken. No bonding kit or u channel supplied all eventually arrived after 4 emails and 3 more deliveries. A poor performance for a good product. On the plus side all notification of shortages were dealt with promptly with no argument or fuss but wouldnt it have been nice to get it all first time. `good job I was in no rush.”

Hi Ian, Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you are happy with the products received, but are sad to hear that you experienced some issues with the order you placed with us here at VanPimps. Unfortunately with your original order one of the parcels was damaged in transit and setup to be returned to ourselves by the courier, unfortunately this was the parcel that contained the bonding kits and u-channel. We issued the replacement goods as soon as we had confirmation of what was missing from your original delivery, but can't apologise enough that the bonding kit doesn't seem to have been included with your replacement package.
