“Windows look great but disappointed that the tint isn’t dark enough considering it’s meant to be a privacy glass you can see right through. The bonding kit, well you need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger to pump it from the tube. So not entirely happy but their in and can’t afford to change them now.”

Hi Natalie, We are sorry to hear that you aren't 100% happy with the items that you have received. All of our glass is 82% Privacy Tinted, so it lets through 18% of light transmission. When looking at the glass, once fitted, from the outside you should only be able to see through once you get up close and use your hands to cup your face up to the glass. Then from the inside you are able to see out relatively clearly, although with a smoked effect, but this is standard for all tinted glass. If you are referring the glass when not installed, it is completely normal as the glass has light being transmitted through both sides, giving the effect that the glass isn’t really tinted at all.   I have taken a look on our support system, but am unable to find a support ticket for yourself.
