“Wind deflectors arrived damaged. Customer service offered a £10 discount on future purchases to keep the damaged items. Declined and opted for replacement items. Replacement items sent out and originals collected, however these arrived damaged. Items sent back and refund obtained. Rating of one start due to customer service only. The company do not check the wind deflectors prior to dispatch as they are prepackaged by Team Heko. I have since obtained a pair cheaper from another stockist with free postage and these arrived without damage.”

“Prompt service from Vanpimps. Wind deflectors are a good fit, functional and add to the look of the vehicle. Need to make sure they’re seated in place before inserting the clips. Leave the windows up for a few days so the rubbers can form to the shape. Have used HEKO in other vehicles, never an issue.”

“These deflectors are my second set. Previous set bought for an earlier motorhome, which were left on the vehicle at the request of the purchaser because they looked so good. New set fitted to my new motorhome and I am just as pleased as I was with the original set. Purchase process was good and communication excellent. Many thanks.”
