Hi Karl, We are sorry that you have experienced this. Customer services have advised you that this kit is designed for the older 2001-2014 and the newer X82 model and depending on the van the curtain is being fitted to the rails will need to be modified to fit the door aperture. This can be easily done by hand as the rails are made from a soft aluminium and the best way to straighten a rail is to wrap it in a cloth or towel and using a rubber or nylon mallet gently tap the curve out of the rail.
