“I recently ordered the Bailey wig and it arrived a week later. Valentine Wigs gave excellent service ( as always!) and kept me informed when it was on its way, etc. This wig is an average size and fits me comfortably. It has a fringe and hair that frames the face, ending just under the chin and has longer layers towards the back. So you can tie the longer layers back in a pony tail and still have hair framing the face. This looks completely natural and pretty, so Bailey is a versatile wig! The colour creamy blonde is lovely and the fibres are very soft. I would recommend Valentine Wigs to anyone. Their service can't be bettered and neither can their prices!”

If you believe the quality is becoming inferior for Bailey the manufacturer should be adddressing your concerns. We can talk directly to their Quality Control Manager on your behalf but they would need to examine your wig.
