“Ella is a great wig. She is very low density and has a lovely curl pattern. There is no permatease which is a plus for me but she still has enough volume. The colour (cherry merlot) is a beautiful auburn with small chunks of copper highlights through it. It is not rooted. The lace front and mono part are very well done - you can see some knots but these are easily rectified by make up. There is one issue which is that the cap is too large for me. I normally wear Rene of Paris average sized wigs which fit me perfectly. This cap is definitely on the large side and that is the only downfall. The customer service and correspondence from Valentines was fantastic!”
