“I love the Ellen WILLE Wigs, but I’ve got a problem with the lace fronts on all of them! They irritate my skin and cause tiny spots to erupt. I think softer lace would be better, not the rough surface against the skin. Please suggest a solution!
Since my first review Valentine wigs promptly got in touch and have made suggestions as to how we can solve this problem of my sensitive skin by either changing the Large Cap size and thereby being able to avoid the problem by choosing an appropriate alternative or making some adjustments. We are so sorry to read your review and that your scalp is being irritated by the lace of the Ellen Wille pieces. Ellen Wille do have a Risk Sensitive available but annoyingly this is not manufactured in the Large. Their comfort caps/sensitive caps have a double layer of lace at the front to help protect sensitive skin, and even if you arent overly sensitive, skin can become irritated by any cap construction over time. Ellen Wille do sell patches of their comfort lace that we are able to get hold of for you. This would require some work to stich the comfort lace into place where you were feeling the discomfort, please get in touch if you would like us to order this for you.
Another option would be to order the standard Risk Sensitive and then do a little work to enlarge the wig. I have emailed you a helpful guide made by Ellen Wille in case this could be an avenue to help you in the long run with the irritation, we hope this helps and we can work to find you pieces that do not cause so much discomfort.
