“I adored Alva straight out of the box. It's a beautiful wig. I was a bit worried as I normally wear Jackson, but I felt it was a little too long for me now and I didn't want to look too 'wiggy'. You can play around with it and muss it up a little or smooth it for the perfect bob. “This is my first purchase from valentine wigs. Great customer service and I will be buying more Alva wigs soon as it is truly phenomenal for the price. So far the most comfortable wig I have. I also tried out another short wig I bought on clearance and was not disappointed. The colour is sugar cane-r and the roots are slightly darker than my bio hair. I always tucked my bio hair behind my ears and missed that as the ear tabs on most wigs come too far down and make my glasses placement difficult at times. In the picture my ear looked bent over but trying to show how suitable it is for that and also so comfortable for glasses wearers was a bit difficult to show. The only modification I made was to change the parting more to the middle. I wet the hair then dried it in position using a hot air styler as the brushes are 23 and 19 mm’s and turn under the hair nicely without damaging it. (I learned to do this from other wig wearers on u tube). I have a short forehead and didn’t need to trim the fringe. It’s light to wear and I don’t overheat on a warm day. My hair loss is mainly over the top of my head and crown. It’s also easy to wear with hair accessories to keep it off my face when gardening. I highly recommend this wig if you want a versatile style with a fringe already cut.”
